I used an immigration lawyer to do mine. I didn't have access to my account. They would just update me . So the individual items when the status changed, I don't have those dates.

Biometrics and medicals for mine are completed. Biometrics are from previous application for tourist visa.

No updates yet ... Just medicals / biometrics have been completed for some time now. Just waiting.... And terrible thing is IRCC workers are also on strike, I don't know if it will affect workers outside of Canada

Hello friend, IRCC gave them then an application number starting with XF. That's all i have for now. The update was received on august 9. MP also advised to reach out again in a month so they can follow up on this case for updates.
