Applied OINP International Student with job offer Stream and got it by last week. I am preparing to apply the PR but I am not sure if it needs the language proficiency or not. They didn't ask me for the language proficiency when I applied with OINP.(Job: NOC 2281 Level B) Please advice. Thanks.

I applied it by March 26 and got it by June 15th. It will take three months usually.

I checked by today, it has changed to assessment. I submitted on March 26.

Hi, I applied the ONIP international student with job offer stream on March 26, 2018. But it is under the statement of "submitted" until now. I just wondering that stream is open or not. Do you have any idea about that? Thx
