Few minutes before I called IRCC , they said 12 months is average time and there is no maximum time limit ......we can not say anything because even after 12 months , application status is still in process :-)

i know a number of people, who applied in April like me as well but still waiting. My number of friends who apply after April they got their test letter. Did you come in contact with CIC , what they said as your time is almost over 12 months, as my time will maximum time will finish on 29...

So its mean our whole case ( test + oath ceremony ) will be completed in 12 months, starting date cic received our application date. Please confirm , what you guys think
