    Thanks Scylla, They recently requested for the evidence that the Sponsor has moved but nothing to show for it since the Sponsor hasn't moved. Do you have any link i can read about the implications of not moving to Canada if sponsoring a spouse?

    Thanks for the reply Scylla. The application was submitted in Feb. 2017 and it was indicated that the sponsor will move back to Canada in Oct. 2017 but the plans changed because the spouse wasn't living in the same country with the Sponsor then but now they live together in the same and the...
