Do you guys use lower case for surname/last name on ECAS. I have been trying many times and something goes wrong every time. Thank you

My ecas still not working for me:( I just hope don´t get my application returned

I have been trying to log in to my ecas and just don´t let me in. I check every day and was working fine until today. Anyone with the same problem?
