Yes i also heard from my husband that his friend got their visa already and they are January 2018 applicant..medyo nakakalungkot lang na some of us here have to wait longer Anyway God has His perfect timing for each of us.Let's keep on praying.

Background check will start when they told you so..it will appear in your gckey..it will usually take few months before they start checking your background.Background check is not the only process they mean when they said they already processing your application in you local visa office.

We have the same timeline po...pero i already received my pre-arrival last May 3 and my background check already started last May 9.

I see,but you can already upload your additional documents even if you dont have your medical yet.As long as the immigration requested them already.

In my case,Still none.

I see maybe its their new setting that the line for the specific process you are in will remain blank untill you moved on to the next..but they should have notify us if that's the case.

If you are also waiting for the result of your medical exam i think it has something to do with their updates maybe they're changing the previous status.
