I am nearly in same boat as you. 442 now and 437 on Feb 16th. 1.If there is a draw on Jan 31, your chance of getting ITA is high. 2.For a draw on Feb 7th ,I believe cutoff will be between 442-444 (hoping for former). You might miss out because your DOB happens before that. 3.It is really...

If a draw closes at 442, tie breaker rule is used to determine who all will get selected among those who are at 442. Date of profile creation is used to break the tie. Earlier the better.

Thankfully yes. I created my profile sometime in September 2017 (Improved IELTS in December to get to 442 score)

Even i am at 442. if not Feb 7th, it will be a longer wait as my score will go down to 437 in feb. Talk to self : I studied french during my college days (decades back). Time to refresh it I guess
