    You need to wait until you receive the letter from IRCC. In the letter, you will find the mailing address that you need to send the police certificate. I suggest to send it by "xpresspost" with Canada Post because it has a tracking number. All the best!

    RQ refers for residence questionnaire and PPQ is for physically presence questionnaire.

    @dpenabill: Did you see the second line of my post? Of-course the local office can ask for additional documents or FP "if necessary". It explains all the problem: PPQ issued only by Sydney office "NORMALLY" at the same time of being IP while all other procedures are issued by the local office...

    RQ is replaced by QAE in the new rules (3 out of 5). "RQ" is used because it is known more for applicants. Of-course the local office can ask for additional documents or FP "if necessary".

    MOST PROBABLY you will not get RQ because Sydney office is the main office which assigns the RQ. Your file now in your local office, the next step is expected to be informing you by the date of citizenship exam. All the best!
