I am PNP outland. so not sure about TRV or if this works for TRV

I had also signed on the return commercial invoices as one of the other posts had suggested to do that just to be safe.

Try to check status here , it has more detailed status than your online account: https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

When you generate label for courier from US to Canada, it generates commercial invoice along with that for onwards and return packages. You sign those and put both with respective labels in the envelope.

From where did u send your passports ?? And what shipping service you used? Fedex or ups?

Same for me, counterfoil generated on 31st, received mail on 1st

the number for ircc is 1-888 and 242 and 2100, follow prompts to check status of application, once the status is read which will be same as what you see in your online account they will give an option to talk to agent, then based on their availability they will either connect or end the call...

Did your tracker get updated?

I did not get any such mail, my passport was delivered on 1/20 and counterfoil updated on 1/31. Still waiting for fedex activation.

Around what time does the passport tracker gets updated? Morning, noon, evening? I am in US and using fedex. i called IRCC, they said passport is stamped, it will be shipped shortly

anyone sent their passports more recently? I sent on 19th and it was delivered on 20th. Waiting to hear something, i have plan to travel to India on 3rd Feb, hoping to get my passports back by then.
