I applied BOWP in May as well. It was stuck for biometrics but they approved the BOWP without biometrics a week back. Got the BOWP for 1 year. Still awaiting biometrics call for PR.

From all that I am reading so far, what I deduce is that they are not calling on basis of AOR but on basis of SC area. I think that is the only organized filter for them and everything else is randomized. My AOR was March 21. I live in Yonge and Eglinton so basically, it might be under SC...

I feel you. My EE tab shows entire progress bar as complete but biometrics pending. Hope it happens soon. Do keep us posted when you get contacted by SC.

I applied biometrics around May 22. It was pending for biometrics however I guess they are now proceeding for BOWP without biometrics. For record, I have not given any biometric to govt in last 10 years. My PR is awaiting biometrics too.

I dont think it is necessary at all to upload your AOR in client information. They will know you have an application since you are giving them your UCI with which they can track everything!
