Put it in educational history. If you didn't complete it just say so. They won't ask for any certificates that you aren't claiming points for. If you are self employed then you should put that, they may want proof that you are self employed though...like contracts, proof of payments from...

Sorry I was reading quickly and thought you meant that you had forgotten to include the second page which only had the signature and seal. No as long as it's on one of the pages that's fine. No need to do anything.

My file was at CIO on July 5th then it says PReVu on July 12h at CPC-Ottawa IP2 wasn't until Oct 15th

I e-mailed them and got PPR a few hours later but after that I got a reply to my e-mail that said to raise a CSE.
