Thanks so much for a prompt response. What's the usual turn around time for BITS to deliver transcript to home? Also, do they send it in sealed/signed enveleope, as per WES requirement?

I plan to apply to BITS for transcript for my MS done through WIPL. I have gone through the posts in this forum; very helpful. Please suggest, if BITS sends ONLY the transcript in a sealed envelope, how do we send COPY of the provisional degree certificate to WES? Guess both of them have to go...
