I just got an email from Niagara Falls office asking me for copy of Personal ID or PR Card as it was not included in Application. I am pretty sure I attached my PR Card when submitted my application. Any ways I replied to them with the PR Card in pdf. Let`s see how long it takes now.

Yeah guide says to sign but we don`t have to sign I confirmed with the IRCC helpline. I even went printed them, signed them and scanned them before 12 just in case but Everything is e-signed when we submit the application as confirmed by IRCC agent on phone

Hi, I believe the Visa officer will specify that what you need to do. Either pay for biometrics or you don`t need to. They already have record of your biometrics using your UCI number so I don`t think we need to show any proof that we already have biometrics.

That`s so weird. Their instruction guide and "How to apply" page have contradictions. their "how to apply" page clearly mentions even if you have given Biometrics in past you must give biometrics whenever you submit a permanent residency application even if previous ones are valid but their...

I did the same thing too and I realized after your comment. I paid it on epay, now I will call IRCC in the morning to confirm it so the application is not rejected. :(
