no man, they cant. Actually, nobody can. We can only make sure that we submit proper documentation and then leave it to the visa officer to assess and grant the visa. I am continously tracking my application through GCMS notes and everything looks ok so far.

Nobody can push anybody's case. Dont fall into this lawyers trap. Almost 90% of applicants in this forum applied on their own and most have already got their PR. Lawyer is only useful if you face a ban or immigration have misunderstood your background check or any other info and have rejected...

Not even next possible file reviewing date?? Normally when any file get opened/reviewed by visa-officer then most of the time based on their findings they put a next possible open/review date. Please check your GCMS Notes carefully

I'm thinking to apply my CAIPS, could you please help me to apply it? Through which company you've applied? How much do I've spend to apply it? One of my friend refer to use www.caipsgcms.com site because he said it's most cheaper one but not sure about their service
