I was wondering the same thing, because we were specifically advised to piggyback the OWP with PR sent to Mississauga.

I'm Dec 04, and I still haven't heard anything of OWP – don't think there is much of a clear pattern to their system..

Oh I wasn't aware - I misunderstood you in the beginning then. Thanks for clearing that up - I've really had some struggles finding my way through the maze of immigration laws. I am coming to the conclusion that it will be better just waiting for the OWP issued with the pilot program is better...

Hmm.. Yeah it is definitely a gamble of if it will get approved with me being in Canada, and if so whether it would be approved before an AIP from the PR application. Putting up the capital and the insurance wouldn't be an issue, I was just trying to gauge the risk vs benefit.
