I just heard the MR notifications have been given to applications with file numbers provided on Jan 13th. Mine is Dec 29th but have not got MR yet.

Hello everyone, my application was received on Sep 29th, 2016 but I haven't got the MR. File number was received on Dec 29th, 2016. Is this normal? It seems like all other Sep applicants have received their MR.
