Did you try emailing to this: DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca I did that on 15th december and got reply today that my file is pending final review.

I guess they are still grappling with the student visas overload. Haven't seen any updates today or yesterday.

It appears to me there is some problem with my application. Many around me have got ip2 today. I am still at na2. My aor is June 12.

Cant say none about the NDVO way of life. But looks to me they are on to clear people who have recently got ip2. Considering the fact that January student visas are also important. Maybe they will pick the leftover June folks who are not in ip2 yet, next week. But then again, its NDVO. What say...
