Thank you for your response. Just to be clear, My total work exp if I calculate date by date is 2 yr 11 months. However, with only months option and no dates option in EE, it's becoming 3yr 1month. This will greatly impact the CRS. Is this correct? I have no clue.

I'm an assistant professor by profession. Mine was an ad hoc position. So maternity leave can't be counted. Can I ask you the following question: I'm working as a freelance editor for 10 months. Does it count in any way?
