Congrats! I was in the same test as you - did you have any other requirements? The agent who interviewed me said they had to verify my travel history with the CBSA because EU countries don’t stamp my EU passport. Did you have anything like that?

Same day oaths are kind of exceptional though, no? I did my test in Scarborough on 8/10, not updated on ECAS but then again I’m expecting it to take a week at least. They needed to get CBSA clearance because some of the trips I declared didn’t leave stamps in my passport (EU countries so they...

Haha maybe! I think they do stuff in batches - the other people getting their test have almost exactly the same timeline as me so maybe it is done on the IP date? Hopefully the rest of the process is straightforward - they’ve had 10 months to verify my information!

Just my test invite for August 10th. I’m also applying from Toronto and being processed through Scarborough. Finally!!

Got my GCMS notes today, I’m being handled out of the Scarborough office. I passed the security assessment on March 1 (presumably that was my fingerprints), the other requirements are “knowledge” (test I think?), “residence” which is probably just checking the dates I submitted, “language”...

The Toronto applications appear to be materially slower than other locations. I’d guess it’s the Mississauga branch as Scarborough seems to be in line with other larger processing centres. My app received Oct 26th, IP Jan 3, FP request on Feb 6th..... and that’s it. Essentially 0 progress in 8...
