Hello everyone.. I received letter that I am qualify for pre arrival service. It says what I have to bring or do in canada when we come here. But I am are already in Canada. Why did I received this letter. What will be the next step after this? Thank you

i got the student visa for September intake and went to canda on July last but due to some problem I withdraw from collage and back to my country on last of September. I wanted to know if I can travel to Canada again with that valid visa because I have visa for 2 years.

Cic approvesd my application and request for orginal passport.But they didn,t ask for medical what does this mean ??
