I had the same case, and they email you the CoPR. You have to print 2 copies and send them initialed and signed after the phone interview. As soon as they receive it they sign it, correct any mistakes on the form that were discussed on the interview and send it back to you within the same day.

Hi, So yesterday I received an email saying I was approved as a Sponsor. In ECAS it shows from the Sponsor side "Decision Made" and the Permanent Resident Application "Application Received". I am wondering if I will get AIP or DM soon? or would they wait until my wife sends her fingerprints...
