    I have chosen do not redo fingerprints but I still received the payment request of biometric

    Hi Fahad, I am experiencing similar issue for my parents, although I chose Yes to redo biometric for my Mom, I have not get biometric letter for her as her initial biometric is still valid. Could you please share your experience and help me on how you resolved your issue?
