Does adding spouse into the file after AOR effects the processing time? I submitted my application on june 13 and most of june 13 applicants already got DM, any help would be appreciated.

I added spouse in December 2016, but submitted file in June 2016. Medical submitted in March 2017 and waiting since then.

Here is my timeline for PNP application: IRCC received Application: June 13, 2016 AOR: Sept 16, 2016 Added spouse: Dec 2016 Medical request: March 03, 2017 and sent them on march 10. Online status changed to 'medical have been received' by end of march Waiting since then and nothing yet.
