Hi guys, can you help to understand this: there is question in Presence calculator "Did you leave Canada between 2012-10-20 and 2017-10-20?". I have never been in Canada from 2012-10-20 to 2013-11-10 since i got a PR right after my arrival in 2013-11. So how should I reply to this question...

But Physical Presence Calculator (printout of which i have to submit) automatically indicates my so called "eligibility period" starting from November 2012, but i have never been in Canada before November 2013.

Thanks for your reply. But the fact is that my 5 years period suppose to be started on November 2012, but i have arrived in Canada in 2013, so i can't apply now right? Regarding other requirements i meet them all.
