Hey Guys: Feb.3, 2016 Applicant DM: Nov.17 PPR: Dec.5 Now it will take 2 and half weeks from DM to PPR.

I think submitting CV is one necessary step before dm/bgc. In May, I uploaded CV then I got BG in process. In Nov. I uploaded CV then I got dm. CIC failed to identify me and someone else. So they canceled my first application and transferred my file to a new case(new UCI, new app#).
