    That is a general letter which is of that format. It is optional to send in more info to prove the relationship if genuine. If the IO is not convince it of the relationship is genuine then they will schedule you for an interview which would max out the 12 months otherwise it can finalize in 6...

    Just giving a little update on my application. Sometime yesterday ecas updated my status to 'Applicaiton Revieced' late September...it also went on to say 'Medical results have been received'. From reading other posts seems as though they did a major updating on clients applications.

    paying RPRF after the overseas office receives file

    My spouse didn't pay the Rights of Permanent Resident Fee upon submitting the application. In an effort to save time would i paying same and mailing to the POS office would affect the process in anyway?
