Mine was also mailed out to Virginia on Mon Feb 5th (2nd copy as 1st copy did not arrive so I changed the address) and still waiting for it.

Just as it was time for eDO to start working on Thu 1 Feb 8 am, the FBI took down the message and replaced it with one containing no time or date. Looks like the go-live failed. We will have to wait again.
