Spoke to CIC yesterday. As couple of months ago they told me that my application is sent to missisauga, now they told me that has been moved to Scarborough. Also, the agent said that they started to split the work because of massive flood. So, probably they will start moving faster now.

Couple of days ago spoke to very nice lady in the call center. Definitely there is no impact on your application-calling or not. She was kind enough to share with me that my application is in Missisauga. However still showing in transit on her system because Missisauga office didn’t acknowledge...

Thanks for all answers. Yes, I thought to send scanned color copy of my police certificate as will take 30 days to get in Canada, but I might wait, just in case.
