I am stuck after the onekey gen. Any idea when this portal is going to be functional or did they stop to accept the invitations now until the previous are cleared.

I have received an invitation letter to submit documents for nomination on 29th June. But since Aug'17 i see the portal is not available to submit the documents. Anyone who is in the same pool or i have other ways to submit my documents that you may suggest. thank you
