I am not too confident about the info the customer care guy provided. May be he just checked online like me. May be after approval it goes for printing. I am going nuts over possibilities and now don't have any option other than PRTD.

Yes I called and verified the address it's correct. They confirmed the card was dispatched 12 April. They have asked if I don't receive it in 6 weeks I can submit a declaration and web form to re apply the card :(
