any one that applied for citizenship to Scarborough office in july and did test in October have received a letter of oath?

i did my test in oct 31st in scarborough and to this day i have not received oath invitation, anyone knows whats going on? or any one experiencing the same?

update please DECISION MADE Nov 3rd how lon=g does it normally take after that?

got this please update "We sent you a notice on October 13, 2017 to appear and write the citizenship test on October 31, 2017 at 8:15 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment"
