Hi Madhu, I called Canada high commission at new delhi on the number +91 (11) 4178-2000. But they will not provide any details of the application at phone, (in fact they won't even hear us and pass the call to the ivrs options). So it would be best to drop a mail to NDVO and keep trying on...

Thanks mate. Consultancy guys have said that they did not receive any such emails. CIC has said that I need to get in touch with NDVO for resending the mail.
