Oh thats unfortunate! I'm not sure re: speaking to them. Your profile can stay in the pool for a year I believe. If there's nothing else you can do to get more points I would submit. With each birthday you're going to lose 5 points so better now and hopefully the draw drops. All the best!

The current draw is at 442 I believe. If with everything there's nothing else you can do to improve your score I would submit. The draw has been falling and last year went as low as 413 and 423 so you never know.
