I hope this new law (C-6 bill) is not creating an issue. I know before C-24 bill the waiting time was over two years and since C-24 and prior to C-6, it was less than 6 months, some of my friends even got it in less than 3 months. I am keeping my finger crossed!!

I requested my ATIP on August 18, it takes 31 calendar days. So hopefully have an answer back by Sept 18th. I don't know why it is taking so long for April applicants while June applicants are moving much quicker. I don't believe they work with first-come-first-serve basis.

That is good information to have. Can you tell me when did you send your application ?
