I think only NOCs that fall under 0,A,B are qualified for express entry. Not sure though. Best way is to read more about express entry and determine your NOC based on your work experience. Best of luck.

Hiring a consultant will be an additional burden on your part financially. I suggest you do some research first about express entry. If you have any unclear information you want to clarify, you can always post questions on this forum. You will get a lot of help for free.
