hi my consultant is telling me that she applied for a work permit via online on april21,2017.. we had a positive lmia before then..i have been waiting inside canada since then.. its been four months.. can you even apply online? If you can.. does it take that long?

Anybody knows more about it? Its been a whyl so i was thinkin should i just pull the application and apply at POE instead
