I highly doubt it. They only receive passports after they’ve made a decision on your file.

Ok just got an email from VFS. Passports have been dispatched from IRCC.

Based on the responses on this thread, believe they were processing 10th-11th applications on Friday. Really hoping they get to 12th applications by Monday or even Tuesday. My parents are booked on a Thu night flight. Don’t think IRCC or anyone else will be working on Wednesday due to Labour...
