I only use one account. I have also got a letter from the bank but they refused to put the average of last six months hence, I had them print out the statements and stamped the front page of every month, not every page. I am planning to explain the situation in the LOE. Hopes that works...

In that case, I think you can include the letter explaining the issue when you send the education documents for evaluation. And moving ahead you dont need to submit any documents before the ITA? They are required after the ITA. All the best!!

As far as I know you just need to evaluate the highest education. So in your case you can just send the MBA documents to WES. I think you should be fine with that.

If you are still working then, I think your employers reference letter will suffice to show that you are legally working in the states. But I am not sure about if you have to maintain that for the 6 months PR processing time.
