Hi Guys, Got all my documents today finally. They were posted back to me on Sept 22 saying the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached. Its taken almost 3.5mos to receive my application back (Dubai). FYI, my application was received by CIO on July 22nd, re-affirming the cap was reached long before.
