My remedical also passed but still stuck in background check

If you get remedical it means you have passed background check? I did remedical on 23 September but still stuck in background check

I have received pre arrival on 18 March 2018 and received remedical 17 September 2018 and nothing after that

one month completed after remedical and no updates

In which stage of application they are requesting remedical?

I’m from Afghanistan They are saying your file is in background check

Yes i got remedical request on 17 September 2018 and medical passed 28 September I have received pre arrival email on 18 March 2018 My background check started on 28 March 2018
