Hope so, WES considers diploma courses from IGNOU. Should not be a challenge for IQAS as well as IGNOU is recognized (UGC, DES)

Been there, done that. Forget WES / ICAS, would suggest you to go for IQAS.

Please follow up without wasting any time. Also, post your ECA result of SCDL diploma for future express entry applicants :).

On the other hand, IQAS has given positive assessment report to PG diploma holder from SMU. Chances are they will assess and give positive asseesment report for PG diploma from SCDL too.

I have not applied, waiting for transcripts. However, would suggest you to go for IQAS for ECA. WES / ICAS, both won't consider your PG diploma. IW

I have not yet sent my documents to IQAS for ECA. However, after going through their email, I am expecting they will assess SCDL diploma and consideration it equivalent to MBA. I believe so as IQAS has given positive assessment report for PG diploma from SMU. WES doesn't recognize SMU. Hope...

Share your email id and I'd forward email I received from IQAS. I have not heard of anyone who got positive assessment report for SCDL diploma especially from WES / ICAS. Have heard about some success stories from IQAS though.

I'd checked with ICAS and their response wasn't satisfactory. I doubt they recognize SCDL diploma. Heartbreaking?? I later checked with IQAS and in their email response they confirmed that they will assess SCDL diploma. They sent one document also (can be downloaded from their website as well)...
