I'm June 17 AOR. still doesn't show my Biometrics as completed even though I have an old one. They asked for an additional document on Oct 8 and on Oct 14, they are reviewing these additional documents I provided. It seems like they are working on my file.

You never know what will happen after an year. For me, it is worth the additional cost

Registration was closed by that day, but not the submittion. In my case, I registered on June 4 and submitted on 22, since I was given 21 days to complete the form and submit.
