I made changes after 24 hours my overall score is same 376.

Hi I created my express entry profile on June 17 at 4 pm at that time my overall score is showing 376 but as per crs tool my score is 423. my Canadian education point is missing. In addition is that possible am I eligible for fsw and cec both? because in my profile its showing both "met".
