    Chances won't be high because your academic background will be same although you will change course and college But as your academic background will be same then changing course and college is not going to have significant effect

    I think 6 bands are enough for UG course if you apply early .only way to solve this problem is that do a diploma course in india and get 65 percent and then try for canada

    Now days , embassy is strict . They give visas to students who have scored above 65 percent in 12th and 6. 5 in ielts (no band score less than 6 )
