My study permit is mailed to my friend but he's NOT my representative
I just got an approval from CIC for a study permit extension; they will mail it to my friend's address. However, I did not put my friend's name on the application form so he is not officially my representative. I assume he won't be able to receive the letter. Is there any way to get the letter?
