Hey, if your spouse is the sponsor, then no, you dont. My husband (PR) only put his own information. My husband dropped off the passport in Lahore yesterday, no appointment required. :)

Yes he did, the email is in regards to sending the passport within 30 days to get it stamped.

After they request the passport, how long does it take for them to send it back?!

Okay, usually they check to see that all forms are completed and sent in, if anything is missing, chances are they will send the application back. I say just wait on it. Wait for a reply from them.
