I sent the original copy of my certificate of graduation (not diploma) for secondary school. It is a document that says I have completed the graduation requirement, and could be ordered online so bringing it to the interview wouldn't be a problem. Does it matter if I did not send them the photocopy?

I landed in 2013. I was under 18 years old, and didn't have any income, so I did not file taxes for 2013 and 2014. I am currently 19, and did the tax filing for 2016 and 2015, which is 2 years. Do I meet the citizenship requirement for tax filing? Thanks a lot!
