AFAIK there is no need to show proof of funds if you have "arranged" employment. Also there is no requirement for language tests.

Hello I am planning to move to Canada and have some credit card debt in the US. I have no intention of running away from it but I can't pay it in full right away either. I plan to pay it over time with regular monthly payments. Will I run into any problems if I do that? Thanks in advance.
