it is serious issue which lead rejection of application straight away .. same i have faced , i missed too five years period if u can arrange new PCC then hurry up now and upload on CSE form

yaar it is quite better to chose one address and mentioned in PCC. if u moved for studies to another city then you mentioned your address of same city where u studied in PCC and after completion studies you chose where u live. it doses not matter what is your address written on ur CNIC

one thing is left from your side now.. upload the new PCC with dates (as soon you get) on CSE forum

Dear i m the victim of this , so i can not recomand you to go with this . IRCC officer must require it with specified date where you spend more then 6 months . If u can not do so, then better to explain in "LETTER OF EXPLANATION " WHY U CAN NOT PROVIDED SUCH PCC

they should give some kind of relaxation.. i dont know y they straightaway refuse the application with out knowing the facts some one is human being can not produce 100% what they demand , can skip some thing. one opportunity should be given to heard . In my case my PCC missed 4-5 year period...
