    It can take 3 days to 1 month plus. Nationality doesn't matter, because we got ours within 5 days after submitting with family of 5 and it took a friend of ours from the country, single applicant 4 weeks

    Ok. Thanks again:D. Another question:D, what do think about Guelph, just looking at it after @torontosm mentioned it. It looks good but again, 1 HR plus to toronto pearson airport and no much option in children's activities and college/university for me.

    If you can pay up to 1 year i think you will be good. Try to get credit history from your home country and have someone who can stand in for you. Just what I heard from someone who is staying in brampton. They did their landing in march

We are looking at 2 to 3 beds and just like what someone said that after budget you should add 50% incase.... We have list of properties from new to old and we plan to drive around to decide...
